The Opportunity
Reliability: Ensure the reliability program, being responsible for ensuring compliance with the Lean PeMM pillars, implementing procedures by reviewing the master maintenance plan (RCM) and reviewing the Live maintenance plans to improve TE and reduce MFR losses.
Maintenance Cost: Review maintenance expenses, seeking savings opportunities through the development of new suppliers and improving the life cycle of spare parts.
Productive: Seeking productive projects to reduce the maintenance and utilities budget.
Quality/Environment: Support the Quality and SASS Team to reduce failures and create opportunities to improve Quality, RECON, environment and legal requirements related to maintenance activities.
People development: Create, update and define training for operators and technicians to attend the business requirements.

Your Impact:

As Eng. de Confiabilidade your functions would consist of: Manage the Reliability Area in Petrolina plant site, assemble and develop the improvement maintenance plan (MIAP) from all LEAM PEMM assessments. Support the execution and evaluation of LEAM PEMM results; Lead and develop the reliability program. Develop and perform root cause analysis (RCA) countermeasures that are established and their effectiveness in execution by maintenance leaders; Manage the conditions monitoring program and establish lubrication routes – encouraging increased technical availability; Responsible for the plant’s criticality program for both maintenance equipment and spare parts. Integrate RCM (failure and effect mode analysis) protocols to ensure effective maintenance of critical equipment and generate savings.; Ensure the execution of predictive maintenance, the execution of measurements, maintenance plans and quality of the executions performed. Process Standardization and Maintenance Procedures for Main Production Tecnologies (TetraPak, SIG, PLF); On site condition evaluation of the equipment to support and improve the production capacity, energy efficiency and maintenance optimization.

2. Experience:
Excellents analytical ability to avaluate problems and provide solutions
Desirable experience in Food Industry, with Knowledge in BPF and Food Safety
Ability to work on frequent problems and challenges: Ability to prioritize tasks, ability to provide solutions and create unprecedented solutions to solve problems.
Advanced ability to share information with technicians and operators
Ability and flexibility to operate in different cultures and organizations with particularities.
