Sobre a Posição: A posição do analista de logística é responsável pelas atividades de recebimento, armazenagem, movimentação e expedição de produtos acabados e matérias primas. Dar suporte a gestão da área na elaboração, análise dos dados e report dos indicadores, além de propor melhorias dos processos visando sempre a otimização de recursos de acordo com as metas da organização, além do suporte nas atividades operacionais que requerem o domínio do sistema SAP nas operações logísticas.
Responsabilidades: Gestão de materiais em estoque; Inventários de endereçamentos; Entradas de materiais no sistema; Suporte na gestão de treinamentos do time operacional; Apoio na aplicação das regras de BPF; Geração de informações e análise de KPIs operacionais; Elaboração de planilhas de controles.

Qualificações: Ensino superior completo – Logística, Administração ou cursos relacionados; Desejável experiência em sistemas SAP e WMS; Pacote office avançado; Desejável experiência na área de logística.
Quality Coordinator
About the role: The Quality Coordinator for cocoa business will be responsible to support the QMS and ensure a complete quality assurance to maintain compliance with local and/or federal regulations for food safety, customer and certification requirements, ensuring the achievement of defined goals. Will also responsible for understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes Create and reviewing specifications for products or processes. Setting requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
The position will be based in Itabuna and/or Ilhéus where the cocoa factories are.
Key responsibilities include: Support raw material & finished product releasing to be used in the SAP system for production process, checking compliance with the specifications and applicable food safety requirements for each product by the customer. Participate to the product meeting to discuss about new projects and development of new recipes, ensuring the compliance with the local and international policies and the specification… Ensure a complete quality assurance approach to supply requirements to the group by administering and enhancing vendor compliance for raw materials, packaging, co-manufacturers, service supplies (warehousing, laboratory, etc.). Oversee support and guidance for obtaining any site certification. Oversee the implementation of corrective action associated with all gaps identified in the annual internal audit QMS and costumer audits (Root Cause Analysis). Provide support to key customer needs and support BC sales departments with customers’ demands and technical support through a proactive means and “one point of contact” for quality activities. Customer complaint management. Provide support to Site to ensure implementation, development and consistency of best practices for food safety systems to include in the HACCP program, allergen program, Pest Control effectiveness and all Good Manufacture Practices. Provide coordination of facility inspections/audits to ensure the continuous improvement and support the technical projects on going in the factory aligning to the compliance of the food safety.
About you: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Microbiology or Food Science or equivalent (or engineering with knowledge of food quality requirements). Proven experience with Quality systems linked with food industry. Quality Assurance and in an HACCP environment; Formal training in Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) food safety standards – FSSC 22000. Background in food safety auditing. Good understanding of customer related specifications; Strong written & verbal communication skills, analytical ability, leadership strengths and ability to work effectively with a team are required (computer software skills to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint required). English – Fluent; Good interpersonal skills, ability to drive projects to completion.
